Does anyone know exactly what being "on Fire" does. What are the penalties?

How about Exhaustion? When a spell says it causes exhaustion what does that acutally mean?

On fire is a condition which causes 7 health degeneration while afflicted. (7 health degeneration = 14 health lost per second)

Exhaustion is a temporary loss in max energy by -10, which recovers at a rate of 1 max energy every 3 seconds.
